Terms of Use
Last updated: April 6, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MagicCards service (the "Service"), available at magic-cards.fr, published by an independent developer (the "Publisher").
By creating an account or using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Access to the service
The Service is accessible to anyone with Internet access. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure.
Some features are available for free. Advanced features are accessible via a paid subscription (Pro plan).
3. Account creation
Access to the Service requires creating an account through a third-party authentication provider (Google, GitHub, etc.). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
Any fraudulent or abusive use of your account must be reported immediately to the Publisher via the Contact page.
4. Subscription and payment
The Pro subscription is offered on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure third-party provider. No banking data is stored on our servers.
The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Profile, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its interface, logo, and content are the exclusive property of the Publisher.
Content created by users (decks, cards) remains their property. By sharing it publicly, they grant the Publisher a non-exclusive license to display it for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Personal data
The collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you accept this policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and disclaims any liability for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material change will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
